A few weeks ago we went to Georgia to surprise my Grandparents for Spring Break. They were thrilled and had no idea we were coming! Emma had a wonderful time and it was neat to see her bond with that side of my family since she doesn't get to see them that often.
Emma and Haley riding in style....

Haley was loving the traffic jam....open window time!

The day after we arrived we had a big cookout with our family and some of my cousins friends. They brought their little one, Kendall, and she and Emma had a blast. A sure sign Emma will love being a big sister.
The most exciting thing for Russ is that he got to go to the Masters! He went with my cousin Chris and 2 of his friends.
Russ got within 1 foot of Tiger....pretty crazy! Too bad he had a bad year...guess he had it coming.
Little Miss Emma has become very independent when in public. Meaning she doesn't want to stay in her stroller and she doesn't want to be held or carried. So I finally broke down and got her a little backpack leash. Best purchase of the trip! She loves it and I finally feel like I can let her walk and explore without feeling like I am going to lose her every 5 seconds.
She felt very cool at this moment...in fact she now says, "I'm cool." :) Russ taught her this...she is very sweet and also says, "Daddy cool" and "Mommy cool." So next time you see her you can ask her if you are cool too.

When Russ was at the Masters, we took Emma to Baby Land. This is where all of the Cabbage Patch babies are "born." They have redone it since I was a kid and it isn't what it used to be, but it was still cute and Emma had fun.

Emma had fun just playing outside on the porch with Grandma and Aunt Debbie....wagon rides, swinging, bubbles, swimming...she did it all.
I thought this was so sweet...
I don't think anyone gets Emma wound up and laughing like Aunt Debbie!
This little one cracked me up....I didn't pose her on this chair. She just climbed up and this is what she did.

Haley had fun too...lots of walks, squirrels to chase and bubbles to bark at.

Dyeing Easter eggs with Grandma....
One day we ventured to Atlanta to take Emma to the Georgia Aquarium. It was pretty neat.
Emma and Daddy waiting for the dolphin show to start.
They had great viewing windows for little ones. I have never been to an aquarium where so many of the windows were floor to ceiling. Emma really enjoyed the "shish."
Super huge sting ray!
Underwater arch...this was pretty neat and even had a moving sidewalk.
Chris and Brooke met up with us. Emma was pretty much over lunch and "shish" at this point as you can tell by her face. ;) She enjoyed Chris and Brooke though.
This pic is dark, but the only family shot we had so I had to include it. :)
This tank had coral, starfish and other little critters that you could touch.
African Penguins...
